Recognized in the Hudson Valley for his contributions to the field of condominium and community association law, John is known for both his expertise and his enthusiasm for the field.
A frequent contributor to condominium and cooperative publications such as
The Cooperator and Habitat, John is also an active board member and past President of the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (“CAI” -- which is a national organization devoted to condominiums, cooperatives and community associations) where he is a popular lecturer. He is also a member of the CAI’s legislative action committee in New York. His practice includes all aspects of community association representation as well as general practice, including
corporate, commercial, insurance, civil litigation, estate planning, real estate,
and construction law.
